Full-time position for a detail oriented and dynamic Administrative Assistant sought to work with the operations team of our professional service firm.

Position Requirements:

  • Familiarity with accounting is preferred
    • Financials, K-1’s, 1099’s processing
  • Processing large volume of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scanning and filing documents for retention
  • Preparing mail merge word documents using V-look up in Excel
  • Setup and cleanup of lunches
  • Additional client projects, as needed
  • Support to the general operations team, as needed

Skill Requirements:

Individual must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, have strong proofreading skills, be able to multitask with ease and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Previous work experience in an accounting office environment preferred. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an equivalent position; an Associate’s degree preferred.
